Trek to Gorakhgad (Kalyan)

All of sudden, 3T’s decided to go off for Gorakhgad trek on 20th Feb. 2010. The plan was itself made on the day we left for Gorakhgad i.e. on Friday and at night we left for the thrill of Gorakhgad. Some quick plans and preparations and we were ready for the trek. All bags packed, and off to Kalyan at night 10.20 PM on Friday. We caught 10.30 PM Murbad S.T bus from Kalyan S.T depot. Trek to Irshalgad (Karjat)

It was really tough time for 3T’s to manage to go for a trek. But somehow all of us managed to take a day out of our busy schedules for one day trek to Irshalgad. Irshalgad is situated in Matheran range and is near to Karjat. (One can even do this trek from Panvel). Irshalgad has a different kind of formation in its own.
